摘　　要：随着吸附材料不断改进和血液净化技术的逐步成熟,血液灌流技术得到了巨大的发展,并已在多个临床领域得到广泛应用。基于不同吸附剂的血液灌流技术通过清除体内内毒素、炎性介质,以达到抑制脓毒症发生过程中出现的细胞因子风暴及免疫麻痹的作用。本文就基于不同吸附柱的血液灌流技术在脓毒症中的应用进展进行综述,以期为临床脓毒症及脓毒症休克患者的治疗提供参考。With the continuous improvement of adsorption materials and the gradual maturity of blood puri-fication technology, blood perfusion technology has made great progress and has been widely used in multiple clinical fields. Blood perfusion technology based on different adsorbents clears endo-toxins and inflammatory mediators in the body, thereby inhibiting the cytokine storm and immune paralysis that occur during the process of sepsis. This article reviews the application of blood perfu-sion technology based on different adsorption columns in sepsis, in order to provide reference for the treatment of clinical sepsis and septic shock patients.
