摘　　要：甲状腺疾病的发病率不断升高,因手术治疗引发的并发症问题也对人们生活及社会经济带来很大的负面影响。随着“中医快速康复外科”理念的提出,中医药在围手术期的应用已经成为研究热点。减轻术后应激、缓解术后不适是快速康复的要求。中医药独特的多靶点综合调理优势,对减轻患者的痛苦、缩短患者住院时间、促进患者的康复与改善生活质量,并在临床上广泛应用及推广具有很大的价值,同时也是此次课题所研究及探讨的主要内容。The incidence of thyroid disorders is increasing, and the problem of complications arising from sur-gical treatment has a significant negative impact on people’s lives and socio-economics. With the concept of “Chinese medicine rapid rehabilitation surgery”, the application of Chinese medicine in the perioperative period has become a hot research topic. Reducing postoperative stress and re-lieving postoperative discomfort are requirements for rapid rehabilitation. The unique mul-ti-targeted comprehensive conditioning advantages of Chinese medicine are of great value in allevi-ating patients’ pain, shortening their hospitalization time, promoting their recovery and improving their quality of life, and are widely applied and promoted in the clinic, and are also the main content of the research and discussion of this project.
