摘　　要：结缔组织病相关性间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)是一个具有挑战性的领域,发病机制尚不明确,目前主要认为是由自身免疫系统紊乱所致。疾病类型多样,治疗方式繁多,且预后较差,因此,早诊断早治疗,且个体化、多学科协作的治疗模式对于提升CTD-ILD患者的生存率和改善预后十分重要。Connective tissue disease-associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD) is a challenging area with a well-defined pathogenesis that is thought to be caused by autoimmune disorders. There are various types of diseases, various treatment methods, and poor prognosis. Therefore, early diagnosis and early treatment of patients, and individualized and multidisciplinary treatment mode are very im-portant to improve the survival rate and prognosis of patients with CTD-ILD.
