摘　　要：甘油三酯葡萄糖指数已被确定为胰岛素抵抗的简易灵敏可靠替代生物标志物。大量研究表明甘油三酯葡萄糖指数与心血管疾病的发展和预后相关,对心血管疾病患者的早期筛查、危险分层也有潜在判断能力。然而,甘油三酯葡萄糖指数作为心血管疾病标志物的应用尚未得到系统评估,关于心血管疾病相关潜在机制的信息更少。因此,本文就甘油三酯葡萄糖指数在各种心血管疾病类型中的应用价值及最新研究进展做一综述。The triglyceride glucose (TyG) index has been identified as a simple sensitive and reliable alterna-tive biomarker for insulin resistance. A large number of studies have shown that TyG index is re-lated to the development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases (CVD), and it also has potential judgment ability for early screening and risk stratification of patients with CVD. However, the use of TyG index as a marker of CVD has not been systematically evaluated, and there is even less infor-mation about the underlying mechanisms associated with CVD. Therefore, this article reviews the application value and latest research progress of TyG index in various types of CVD.
