摘  要:肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(UPJO)是最常见的小儿先天性泌尿系统畸形,尿液自肾盂排入输尿管发生障碍导致肾脏的集合系统逐渐代偿扩张是它非常突出的临床特点,UPJO也是儿童慢性肾损伤最重要的病因之一。近几年来,也随着产前检查技术的发展,UPJO产前检出率增高并逐渐引起了人们关注。UPJO的发生与Cajal间质细胞(ICCs)变化有关联,明确证实UPJO患者存在肾盂输尿管交界处组织的ICCs数目下降,并伴有不同程度的结构破坏和功能损害。本文探讨了对ICCs的理解,ICCs与UPJO的关系,以及ICCs在UPJO的最新相关研究。Ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) is the most common congenital malformation of the uri-nary system in children. Its prominent clinical feature is the gradual compensatory expansion of the renal collecting system due to the dysfunction of urine excretion from the renal pelvis into the ure-ter. In recent years, with the development of prenatal examination technology, the detection rate of UPJO has increased and gradually attracted people’s attention. The occurrence of UPJO is associated with the changes of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs). It has been confirmed that the number of ICCs at the ureteropelvic junction in UPJO patients is decreased, accompanied by different degrees of structural damage and functional damage. This article explores the understanding of ICCs, the rela-tionship between ICCs and UPJO, and the latest relevant research on ICCs in UPJO.
