三黄固本汤治疗肝肾不足型脂溢性脱发的临床举隅

摘　　要：脂溢性脱发是临床上常见的脱发之一,发病率不断升高,且患病年龄也呈现下沉趋势。临床上脂溢性脱发又以肝肾不足型最为多见,目前西医治疗方式虽多样,但是局限性较大,副作用明显。钟以泽教授的自拟方三黄固本汤在治疗肝肾不足型脂溢性脱发上收效颇佳。Seborrheic alopecia is one of the common hair losses in clinical practice, the incidence is increasing, and the age of the disease also shows a downward trend. Clinically, liver and kidney deficiency is the most common type of seborrheic alopecia, although there are various western medicine treatment methods, but the limitation is large, the side effects are obvious. Professor Zhong Yize’s self-formulated formula Sanhuang Guben Decoction has a good effect on the treatment of seborrheic alopecia with liver and kidney deficiency.
