摘　　要：偏侧舞蹈症是糖尿病高血糖症的罕见神经系统表现之一。文中报道2例老年酮症性偏侧舞蹈症患者,长期血糖控制不佳,以单侧肢体不自主运动为首发症状。结合相关文献对其临床表现、诊断、治疗及发病机制进行分析,以提高对该病的认识,避免误诊或漏诊。Hemichorea is one of the rare neurological manifestations of diabetic hyperglycemia. Here, we re-port two hemichorea associated with ketotic hyperglycemia with chronic poor blood glucose control and unilateral limb involuntary movement as the first symptom. The clinical manifestations, diag-nosis, treatment and pathogenesis of the disease were analyzed based on relevant literature, so as to improve the understanding of the disease and avoid misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.
