摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS)是妇科常见的生殖功能障碍与内分泌异常并存的疾病。而多囊卵巢的发生常与雄激素水平过高有关,但雄激素作用机制尚不明确,本文通过总结雄激素对女性生殖内分泌系统的生理病理作用来阐述其对多囊卵巢综合征的影响以及通过降低雄激素水平来缓解多囊卵巢综合征的症状。Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynecological disease that coexists with reproduc-tive dysfunction and endocrine abnormalities. The occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome is often related to high levels of androgens, but the mechanism of androgen action is not yet clear. This arti-cle summarizes the physiological and pathological effects of androgens on the female reproductive endocrine system to elucidate their impact on polycystic ovary syndrome and to alleviate its symp-toms by reducing androgen levels.
