葛根–黄连配伍应用于Ⅱ型糖尿病的研究进展

摘　　要：药对又称“对药”,一般情况下有两味药组成,是古今医家经过临床实践总结形成的相对固定的一种配伍形式,具有一定的组方理论及规律。糖尿病中医称之为“消渴症”,基本病机为阴虚燥热。现分为Ⅰ型糖尿病和Ⅱ型糖尿病,其中Ⅱ型糖尿病居多。葛根味甘辛而性凉,解肌退热,生津止渴,常用于治疗消渴症。黄连味苦性寒,清热燥湿,泻火解毒,用于胃火炽盛的中消证。葛根–黄连配伍是中医治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病的常用药对,配伍后疗效比单品应用更加突出。本文基于中药基础理论阐述了葛根和黄连与两者配伍后的传统认识,并从葛根和黄连配伍后物质基础、生物效应等方面综述了葛根和黄连配伍的现代研究进展,以期为其作用机制的深入探究提供科学依据及参考。Drug pairs, generally consist of two drugs, which is a relatively fixed form of compatibility formed by ancient and modern doctors after clinical practice summary, with stationary prescription theory and rules of traditional Chinese medicine. Diabetes mellitus is called the disease of “Xiao Ke” in Chi-nese medicine, and the basic pathogenesis is Yin deficiency and dryness-heat. It is divided into type 1 diabetes mellitus and type 2 diabetes mellitus, of which the majority is type 2 diabetes. Pueraria tastes sweet, pungent and cool, expels pathogenic factors from muscles for cleaning heat, and pro-motes the production of body fluid to quench thirst, which is often used in the treatment of diabetes mellitus. Coptis is bitter and cold, clearing heat and drying dampness, purging fire and detoxifying. It is used for eliminating syndrome of stomach fire. Compatibility of Pueraria-Coptis is a common pair of medicines used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The efficacy of compatibility is more outstanding than single application. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medi-cine, this paper expounds the traditional understanding of the compatibility of Pueraria and Coptis, and summarizes the modern research progress of the compatibility of Pueraria and Coptis from the aspects of material basis and biological effects, so as to provide scientific basis and reference for the in-depth investigation of its mechanism of action.
