摘　　要：一例原发性胆汁淤积性胆管炎患者服用非诺贝特后出现横纹肌溶解综合征、急性肾功能不全。本文从非诺贝特的适应症、不良反应及横纹肌溶解综合征的临床表现、生化检查及诊断等方面进行阐述,希望更多临床医生对非诺贝特的不良反应——横纹肌溶解综合征有进一步认识,在临床工作中多加注意。A patient with primary cholestatic cholangitis developed rhabdomyolysis syndrome and acute renal insufficiency after taking fenofibrate. In this paper, the indications, adverse reactions of fenofibrate and clinical manifestations, biochemical examination and diagnosis of rhabdomyolysis syndrome were discussed. It is hoped that more clinicians will have a further understanding of the adverse reaction of fenofibrate—rhabdomyolysis syndrome and pay more attention in clinical work.
