基于中医体质理论探讨女童单纯性肥胖与性早熟的关系

摘　　要：随着经济水平的提升,单纯性肥胖成为女童生长发育路上面临的一个重要健康隐患,其伴随而来的内分泌相关疾病对患儿的生长发育影响极大。近年来,相关临床研究表明,肥胖是诱发女童性早熟的重要因素之一。本文从中医体质理论出发,探讨了单纯性肥胖女童的体质特征易于发生性早熟的原因,并基于此提出治疗肥胖女童性早熟的侧重点,为特殊体质性早熟的临床诊疗提供更多参考。With the improvement of economic level, simple obesity has become an important health risk in the growth and development of girls, and its concomitant endocrine-related diseases have a great im-pact on the growth and development of children with obesity. In recent years, relevant clinical studies have shown that obesity is one of the important factors inducing precocious puberty in girls. Based on the theory of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discusses the reasons why the constitution of simple obese girls is apt to be precocious puberty, and puts forward the emphases on the treatment of precocious puberty of obese girls, to provide more reference for clin-ical diagnosis and treatment of special physical precocious puberty.
