摘　　要：目的:本研究将以急性阑尾炎发作行腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的患者为研究对象,分析影响急性坏疽性阑尾炎发生的危险因素,并进一步探索诊断及预测急性坏疽性阑尾炎发生的相关指标。旨在于对疾病开展早期筛查诊断,并采取合理的诊疗方案,从而降低患者的手术并发症发生率以及死亡风险。Objective: In this study, patients with acute appendicitis who underwent laparoscopic appendec-tomy were selected to analyze the risk factors of acute gangrenous appendicitis, and further explore the diagnosis and predict the occurrence of acute gangrenous appendicitis related indicators. The goal is to screen patients for disease early and to reduce the risk of surgical complications and death.
