有关中药及外用药物治疗过敏性鼻炎的研究进展

摘　　要：目前过敏性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科门诊常见且多发的疾病,以鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、喷嚏等表现症状,反复发作、病程缠绵,十分影响人们的日常工作学习,西药治疗过敏性鼻炎停药后易反复,我国中医治疗过敏性鼻炎历史悠久,且中医治疗鼻炎方法众多,不易复发,疗效较好。本文整理近年来中医治疗过敏性鼻炎的文献,将从中药、外用药物、其他疗法进行归纳总结,以期能对临床工作者提供参考,提高治疗效果,更好为患者服务。At present, allergic rhinitis is a common and frequent disease in otorhinolaryngology clinics, char-acterized by symptoms such as nasal congestion, itching, runny nose, and sneezing. It recurs re-peatedly and has a lingering course, which greatly affects people’s daily work and learning. Western medicine treatment for allergic rhinitis is prone to recurrence after discontinuation. China has a long history of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for allergic rhinitis, and there are many methods for treating rhinitis, which are not easy to relapse and have good therapeutic effects. This article summarizes the literature on the treatment of allergic rhinitis with traditional Chinese med-icine in recent years, including traditional Chinese medicine, topical drugs, and other therapies, in order to provide reference for clinical workers, improve treatment effectiveness, and better serve patients.
