环泊酚在老年患者麻醉中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：环泊酚是一种新型非巴比妥类静脉麻醉药,其化学结构与丙泊酚类似,环泊酚具有起效快、恢复快、注射痛少等优点,老年患者由于自身独特的病理生理特性,应用环泊酚可能会有较好的治疗效果。目前,环泊酚在老年患者的应用多处于初级阶段,其确切疗效仍需要进一步研究,本文就近年环泊酚在老年患者中的应用进行综述,并对其在未来的应用中进行展望。Ciprofol is a new type of non-barbiturate intravenous anesthetic, whose chemical structure is simi-lar to that of propofol. Ciprofol has the advantages of quick onset, quick recovery and less injection pain, etc. Due to its unique pathophysiological characteristics, the application of Ciprofol in elderly patients may have better therapeutic effects. At present, the application of Ciprofol in elderly pa-tients is mostly in the initial stage, and its exact efficacy still needs to be further studied. In the present review, we discuss the application of Ciprofol in elderly patients in recent years, and its fu-ture application is prospected.
