摘　　要：妊娠合并血小板减少是孕妇最常见的两种血液系统疾病之一,是多种病因共同作用的结果,与母体孕期生理变化及内外科合并症有关,故根据其发病原因不同及血小板减少程度的不同可导致多种不良妊娠结局。为降低本病导致的母儿风险,定期产检、早期发现及合理规范化的治疗才是改善母儿预后的关键。Pregnancy with thrombocytopenia is one of the two most common blood system diseases in pregnant women. It is the result of a variety of etiology, which is related to the physiological changes during pregnancy and the complications of medicine and surgery. Therefore, according to the different causes and the different degrees of thrombocytopenia, it can lead to a variety of adverse pregnancy outcomes. In order to reduce the risk caused by this disease, regular prenatal examination, early detection and reasonable and standardized treatment are the keys to improving the prognosis of mother and child.
