摘　　要：糖尿病目前是危害国民健康的重大疾病之一,随着病程进展,糖尿病患者会逐渐出现影响眼部视力的并发症,包括糖尿病性视网膜病变、糖尿病性视神经疾病等。近年来对糖尿病性视网膜疾病的研究,特别是对糖尿病性视网膜病变的黄斑区研究已取得很大进展。本文将对糖尿病视神经病变的分型、临床表现及治疗进行综述,重点关注利用新技术OCTA对该病的观察与诊断。At present, diabetes is one of the major diseases endangering national health. With the progression of the disease, patients with diabetes will gradually develop complications affecting eye vision, including diabetic retinopathy (DR) and diabetic optic neuropathy (DON) disease. In recent years, great progress has been made in the study of diabetic retinal diseases, especially in the macular area of diabetic retinopathy. In this study, the classification, clinical manifestations and treatment of diabetic optic neuropathy are reviewed, focusing on the observation and diagnosis of the disease with OCTA.
