中医治疗脾气不升型特发性突聋的理论研究

摘　　要：特发性突聋全称为“特发性突发性耳聋”,临床上一般简称为突聋,一般认为是指突然发作、原因不明的听力下降。突聋是耳鼻喉科常见的急症之一,属难治性疾病,而脾气不升型亦是临床常见证型。综合中医内、外治疗本病的临床研究进展,发现中医治疗本病疗效显著,能有效提高患者听力、减轻伴随症状、改善焦虑情绪等,可在临床上进一步应用推广。Sudden deafness is a sudden and unexplained sensorineural hearing loss. This condition is one of the common emergencies in otolaryngology and is considered a difficult-to-treat disease. In TCM, spleen qi deficiency is common clinical syndromes. The article comprehensively analyzes the clinical research progress of the treatment of this disease by internal treatment, and finds that the treatment of this disease by TCM has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient’s hearing, reduce the accompanying symptoms and improve anxiety, and can be further applied and popularized in the clinic.
