摘　　要：近年来,由于生活水平提高,血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者的发病率逐渐提高,现代医学仍未找到本病的明确病因及发病机制,是一种难治性周围血管疾病,主要累及四肢中小动脉、浅表静脉,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,中医治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效不断提高,该文主要将目前本病的中医研究及治疗方案进行概述。In recent years, due to the improvement of living standards, the incidence of patients with thromboangiitis obliterans has gradually increased, and modern medicine has not found the clear etiology and pathogenesis of this disease. It is a refractory peripheral vascular disease, mainly involving small and medium arteries and superficial veins in the limbs, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. In recent years, the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans has been continuously improved. This paper mainly summarizes the current TCM research and treatment plan of this disease.
