摘　　要：息肉样脉络膜血管病变是一种脉络膜视网膜疾病,伴有血管动脉瘤息肉样病变,伴有或不伴有相关分支血管网络。主诉有视物模糊、视力下降、中心暗点等。该病相关研究少,至今未明确病因,近来更多的研究者发现多种细胞因子水平的异常与息肉状脉络膜血管病的风险有关联,本研究旨在深入探寻房水及玻璃体液细胞因子水平与PCV发生的相关性。Polypoid chorioretinopathy is a chorioretinal disease accompanied by vascular aneurysms and polypoid lesions, with or without related branching vascular networks. The main complaints include blurred vision, decreased vision, and central dark spots. There is limited research on this disease and the etiology has not been determined yet. Recently, more researchers have found that abnormal levels of various cytokines are associated with the risk of polypoid choroidal vasculopathy. This study aims to further explore the correlation between cytokine levels in aqueous humor and vitreous humor and the occurrence of PCV.
