MEBT/MEBO治疗Wagner 4级糖尿病足1例报告

摘　　要：给予2021年11月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的1例Wagner 4级糖尿病足患者于外科清创手术后,采用皮肤再生医疗技术(moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/MEBO)治疗18天后创面大部分愈合,可见上皮爬行,出院后1~3月电话随访,双足趾创面愈合,愈合皮肤良好,双足趾感觉及活动无明显异常,报道如下。One patient with Wagner Grade 4 diabetic foot admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in November 2021, was treated with skin regenerative medical technology (moist exposed burn therapy/moist exposed burn ointment, MEBT/MEBO) after surgical debridement. Most of the wounds were healed after 18 days of treatment, and epithelial crawling was visible. On telephone follow-up 1~3 months after discharge, the wounds of both toes were healed, the healing skin was good, and there was no obvious abnormality in sensation and activity of both toes. It is reported below.
