伊曲康唑治疗难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎的临床疗效观察研究进展

摘　　要：真菌性外耳道炎(Fungal Otitis Externa)是一种由真菌感染引发的外耳道炎性病变,属于常见的耳鼻喉科疾病。该病多见于生活环境潮湿、温暖的人群,并具有较高的复发率,易进展为难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎(Refractory and Recurrent Otitis Externa Mycotica),增加治疗难度。伊曲康唑是一种广谱抗真菌药物,广泛应用于多种真菌性疾病的临床治疗,具有高效和高安全性的特点。临床观察表明该药物在难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎的治疗中显示出显著效果。本文通过对中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed和Web of Science等文献库进行系统检索,搜集了近15年来与临床应用伊曲康唑治疗难治性复发性真菌性外耳道炎相关的文献,旨在全面综述和深入讨论该药物在此领域中的治疗效果,以期为相关学科提供可靠的参考依据。Fungal otitis externa is an inflammatory disease of the external auditory canal caused by fungal infections, which is a common ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) disorder. The disease is more common in people who live in damp and warm environments, and has a high recurrence rate, easily progressing into refractory and recurrent otitis externa mycotica, making treatment more difficult. Itraconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal drug widely used in the clinical treatment of various fungal diseases, characterized by its high efficiency and safety. Clinical observations have shown that this drug has significant effects in the treatment of refractory and recurrent otitis externa mycotica. This article systematically searched databases such as CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure), Wanfang Database, PubMed, and Web of Science to collect literature related to the clinical application of itraconazole in the treatment of refractory and recurrent otitis externa mycotica over the past 15 years. The purpose is to comprehensively review and thoroughly discuss the therapeutic effects of this drug in this field, aiming to provide reliable reference for related disciplines.
