摘　　要：目的:系统评价临终关怀对肺癌终末期患者生活质量和负面情绪影响。方法:计算机检索了从建库起至2023年9月的6个数据库(中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普、PubMed、Web of Science、Cochrane Library)关于临终关怀对肺癌终末期患者生活质量和负面情绪影响的相关研究,由两名护理研究生根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。Meta分析显示:与常规护理模式相对比,临终关怀护理模式对肺癌终末期患者在生活质量[MD = 6.68, 95%CI (3.08, 10.28), P P P P P < 0.001]等方面的影响,差异具有统计学意义,但异质性较大。结论:临终关怀可以改善肺癌终末期患者生活质量和负面情绪。值得进一步在临床进行推广,以此减轻肺癌终末期患者身体上的痛苦,减轻病人及家属的负面情绪。Objective: To systematically evaluate the effect of hospice care on quality of life and negative emotions in patients with end-stage lung cancer. Methods: Six databases (CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library) were searched by computer from the establishment of the database to September 2023 on the impact of hospice care on the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with end-stage lung cancer. Two nursing graduate students screened the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.4 software. Meta-analysis showed that: Compared with the conventional nursing mode, about the effects of hospice care model on quality of life [MD = 6.68, 95%CI (3.08, 10.28), P P P P P < 0.001] in patients with end-stage lung cancer, the difference was statistically significant, but the heterogeneity was large. Conclusion: Hospice care can improve the quality of life and negative emotions of patients with end-stage lung cancer. It is worthy of further clinical promotion, so as to alleviate the physical pain of patients with end-stage lung cancer and reduce the negative emotions of patients and their families.
