含碘中药治疗甲状腺功能亢进的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:对比中西医治疗甲状腺功能亢进(简称甲亢),研究含碘中药对甲亢的治疗作用及安全性。方法:通过检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网等数据库,搜集含碘中药治疗甲亢理论依据,筛选中药含碘测定情况,对比临床疗效观察实验及动物实验,分析含碘中药安全性、有效性。结果:从临床观察实验来看,含碘中药结合抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢,在症状缓解程度、病程长短、甲状腺功能(简称甲功)水平变化及复发率上均明显优于单纯使用西药治疗。动物实验则表明,短期或使用低碘中药治疗甲亢有类似抗甲状腺药物的治疗效果,但长期使用富碘中药有甲状腺细胞变性可能。结论:含碘中药治疗甲亢效果明显,在孕期、哺乳期、青少年等特殊人群甲亢治疗上,富碘中药是有效潜在治疗手段,而长期用药不良反应尚未明确,临床用药倾向于使用低碘中药结合抗甲状腺药物联合治疗,在提高疗效的同时增强安全性。Objective: To compare Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism (abbreviated as hyperthyroidism), and to study the therapeutic effect and safety of Chinese medicine containing iodine on hyperthyroidism. Methods: By searching databases such as CNKI.cn, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and Weip.com, the theoretical basis of iodine-containing Chinese medicine for the treatment of hyperthyroidism was collected, the proportion of iodine of iodine-containing Chinese medicine was screened, and the safety and effectiveness of iodine-containing Chinese medicine were analyzed by comparing clinical efficacy observation experiments and animal experiments. Results: From the clinical observation experiment, iodine containing Chinese medicine combined with anti-thyroid drugs in the treatment of hyperthyroidism, the degree of symptom relief, duration of disease, thyroid function (thyroid function) level changes and recurrence rate are significantly better than the use of western medicine alone. Animal experiments showed that short-term or use of low iodine Chinese medicine to treat hyperthyroidism has similar therapeutic effect to antithyroid drugs, but long-term use of rich iodine Chinese medicine may cause degeneration of thyroid cells. Conclusion: Iodine-containing Chinese medicine has obvious efficacy in the treatment of hyperthyroidism. Especially special groups such as pregnancy, lactation and adolescents, iodine-rich Chinese medicine is an effective and potential treatment method, while the long-term adverse reactions of medication are not yet clear. Clinical medication tends to use low-iodine Chinese medicine combined with anti-thyroid drugs to improve efficacy and enhance safety.
