摘　　要：我国明末清初著名医家喻嘉言基于对六气的自然特性的认识,在《医门法律·卷四·伤燥门》中提出秋燥论并创立清燥救肺汤,开创从肺治燥之先河,本方具有辛凉甘润之性,有清宣降润之用,主治温燥侵肺,气阴耗损所致“诸气膹郁、诸痿喘呕”。现代临床广泛应用于呼吸系统疾病,近年来研究表明清燥救肺汤具有抗炎、抗癌、抗氧化及免疫调节作用,对咳嗽、哮喘、支原体肺炎、放射性肺炎及肺癌等发挥显著疗效。本文通过整合近年来的相关临床研究,对清燥救肺汤治疗呼吸系统疾病的理论基础、药理作用及临床应用进行综述,为指导临床用药提供可靠参考。Based on the understanding of the natural characteristics of the six qi in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, Yu Jiayan, a famous doctor in China, put forward the theory of autumn dryness and established Qingzao Jiufei Decoction in the “Medicine Gate Law · Volume 4 · Injury Dryness Gate”, which pioneered the treatment of dryness from the lung. This prescription has the characteristics of sweet, pungent, cooling, and lubricating, and has the use of clearing and lowering and moistening. It mainly treats “various conditions of stuffiness and depression in the chest, as well as various symptoms of flaccidity, asthma, and vomiting” caused by the invasion of warm dryness into the lungs, leading to consumption of qi and yin. In recent years, studies have shown that Qingzao Jiufei Decoction has anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antioxidant and immunomodulatory effects, and has significant effects on cough, asthma, mycoplasma pneumonia, radiation pneumonia and lung cancer. In this paper, the theoretical basis, pharmacological action and clinical application of Qingzao Jiufei Decoction in the treatment of respiratory diseases were reviewed by integrating relevant clinical studies in recent years, so as to provide a reliable reference for clinical drug use.
