摘　　要：在医学研究不断深入的背景下,心房颤动作为一种临床上的常见疾病,以环肺静脉电隔离作为核心,通过二代冷冻球囊导管来实施肺静脉的电隔离,并且逐渐将其作为房颤消融肺静脉隔离(PVI)的主要方法。鉴于此,本综述立足房颤及冷冻消融术相关概述,对冷冻球囊的选择和进展、适应症进行论述,最终对冷冻消融术的策略做出阐述,希望能为相关工作提供参考。In the context of the ever-increasing medical research, atrial fibrillation, as a common disease in clinical practice, catheter ablation is centered on electrical isolation of the circumflex pulmonary vein, which is performed by a second-generation cryoballoon catheter, and it is gradually being used as the main therapy for ablative pulmonary vein isolation (PVI) in atrial fibrillation. In view of this, this review is based on an overview of atrial fibrillation and cryoablation, and discusses the selection and progression of cryoballoons, indications, and ultimately strategies for cryoablation, in the hope of informing related work.
