摘  要:目的:探讨牛源性乳源中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及细菌耐药性分析。方法:从临床型乳房炎患病牛的牛乳中采用传统微生物细菌的分离鉴定,革兰氏染色及生化鉴定后,经16S rRNA PCR测序对分离鉴定的金黄色葡萄球菌分型及耐药性分析。结果:分离鉴定出8株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌对头孢噻肟最敏感,然后依次是环丙沙星,左氧氟沙星,庆大霉素,阿莫西林,红霉素,青霉素,氨苄西林,对卡那霉素最不敏感。其中2株金黄色葡萄球菌产生生物被膜能力强。结论:金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗菌药物呈耐药趋势,且牛源性金黄色葡萄球菌的不同菌属对不同药物的耐药性有差异性,收集的不同来源的样本可为今后人源性金黄色葡萄球菌感染的样本,进行进化分析。Objective: To explore the isolation, identification, and antibiotic resistance analysis of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from bovine milk sources. Method: Traditional microbiological bacteria were isolated and identified from the milk of cows with clinical mastitis, followed by Gram staining and biochemical identification. The isolated and identified Staphylococcus aureus were classified and analyzed for drug resistance using 16S rRNA PCR sequencing. Result: Eight strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and identified, among which Staphylococcus aureus was the most sensitive to cefotaxime, followed by ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, gentamicin, amoxicillin, erythromycin, penicillin, ampicillin, and least sensitive to kanamycin. Two strains of Staphylococcus aureus have strong biofilm production ability. Conclusion: Staphylococcus aureus shows a trend of resistance to multiple antibiotics, and different genera of bovine Staphylococcus aureus have differences in resistance to different drugs. The collected samples from different sources can be used for evolutionary analysis of future human Staphylococcus aureus infections.
