摘　　要：外展神经麻痹是一种常见的眼部疾患,其主要症状为内斜视、水平复视、眩晕、恶心等,严重影响了人们的正常生活。近年来研究发现针刺治疗本病疗效显著且不良反应小,患者满意度高。本文系统回顾了中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库以及PubMed数据库中近十年关于针刺治疗外展神经麻痹内容相关文献,并对常规针刺疗法、电针疗法、针刺联合其他疗法等多种疗法进行了系统的梳理总结,以期为针灸在临床上治疗此病提供新思路,减轻患者负担。Abducens nerve palsy is a common ocular disorder, whose main symptoms are internal strabismus, horizontal diplopia, vertigo, nausea, etc., which seriously affects people’s normal lives. In recent years, it has been found that acupuncture is effective in treating this disease with little adverse effects and high patient satisfaction. In this paper, we systematically reviewed the literature on the treatment of abducens nerve palsy by acupuncture in the last ten years in the Chinese Journals Full Text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Database, and PubMed Database, and systematically summarized the various therapies, such as conventional acupuncture therapy, electroacupuncture therapy, and acupuncture combined with other therapies, to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease by acupuncture in the clinic and to alleviate the burden of the patients.
