摘　　要：在内分泌科优质护理服务示范工程活动中,以“仁心温暖人心,优质护理服务”文化为核心,在护理理念方面,根据患者不同情况,制定个性化护理方案;加强护理精神文化的建设,为提升护理质量奠定思想基础。在护理措施方面,营造科室环境,创造人文氛围;创建制度文化,构建和谐关系;优化服务流程,提升护理质量。在护士管理方面,体贴护士生活,注重护士发展;倡导人文关怀,减轻护士心理压力。通过以上措施,有力推动内分泌科护理文化建设活动的健康全面开展,创建人性化的护理管理制度,切实构建“以人为本”的整体护理体系,进而完善护理程序,促进护理质量的全方位提升,并不断改进与完善,增强患者满意度。In the Endocrinology Quality Care Service demonstration engineering activities, with the “warm heart, quality care service” culture as the core, in terms of the concept of nursing, according to the different conditions of the patient, we formulate individualized nursing plan, strengthen the construction of the spiritual culture of nursing, and lay the ideological foundation for improving the quality of nursing. In the area of nursing measures, we create a department environment, create a humanistic atmosphere, create an institutional culture, build harmonious relations, optimize service processes and improve the quality of care. In terms of nurse management, we considerate nurses’ life, focus on nurses’ development, advocate humanistic care, and reduce nurses’ psychological pressure. Through the above measures, we will vigorously promote the healthy development of culture-building activities in endocrinology nursing, to create a human-oriented nursing management system and build a “people-oriented” holistic care system, and improve the nursing procedures, promote the quality of care in all aspects, and with continuous improvement and perfect, enhance patient satisfaction.
