摘　　要：黄连温胆汤是治疗湿热内蕴之代表方,该方具有清热不过寒,化痰不过燥的特点,具有调脂、降糖、调节免疫等药理作用,在调节神经递质、抗氧化应激、调节肠道菌群方面也具有显著效果。广泛应用于全身各类疾病,如心脏、消化、内分泌、神经等系统疾病。然而,通过对近年来文献的总结发现仍有不足之处,如临床研究样本量不足;组方成分复杂,机制不够明确等。希望今后更加深入研究,为其临床应用提供更多参考。Huanglian Wendan Decoction is a representative prescription for the treatment of dampness and heat. It has the characteristics of clearing heat but not cold, eliminating phlegm but dryness, and has pharmacological effects such as lipid regulation, glucose lowering and immune regulation. It also has significant effects in regulating neurotransmitters, anti-oxidative stress and regulating intestinal flora. It is widely used in all kinds of diseases, such as heart, digestive, endocrine, nervous and other system diseases. However, through the summary of the literature in recent years, it is found that there are still shortcomings, such as insufficient sample size in clinical studies;the composition of the prescription is complicated and the mechanism is not clear enough. It is hoped that further research will be carried out to provide more references for its clinical application.
