摘　　要：目的:系统评价火龙罐疗法对颈椎病患者的干预效果。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、中国生物医学数据库、万方等数据库中有关火龙罐疗法在颈椎病患者应用的随机对照试验文献,同时筛检纳入文献的参考文献,检索时限为建库至2023年12月31日。由两名研究员独立筛选文献、评价文献质量并提取资料。对符合纳入标准的文献采用RevMan5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,合计968例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组总有效率[RR = 1.18, 95% CI (1.12, 1.25), P P P = 0.14]、护理满意度[RR = 1.24, 95% CI (1.12, 1.37), P P = 0.06]均优于对照组。结论:现有证据表明,火龙罐疗法对颈椎病患者疗效肯定,可有效缓解颈椎病症状,提高护理满意度。由于纳入研究样本量较少、文献质量不高,仍需高质量的随机对照研究进一步验证结果,以提高临床决策的可靠性。Objective: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy on fire dragon pot in cervical spondylosis, and provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods: Randomized controlled studies on fire dragon pot on cervical spondylosis were searched from Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Embase, CINAHL, CNKI, WanFng Database, VIP, CBM, and Web of Science. The retrieval time was from inception to January 25, 2023. Two researchers independently performed literature screening, data extraction and evaluation of the bias risk of the included study in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and then RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results: 9 randonmized controlled trials were enrolled and 884 patients were included. Meta-analysis showed that: effective rate of treatment [RR = 1.18, 95% CI (1.12, 1.25), P P P = 0.14], nursing satisfaction [RR = 1.24, 95% CI (1.12, 1.37), P < 0.0001] in the test group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Current evidence shows that fire dragon pot has a significant effect on improving the efficiency of treatment, nursing satisfaction and pain symptoms with cervical spondylosis. However, limited by the quantity and quality of the included literature, large sample, multi-center, high-quality randomized controlled trials are still needed for further verification.
