摘　　要：高血压是心血管疾病的重要危险因素,高血压会累及心脑等器官损伤,引起心脏和大脑功能障碍,心–脑轴的存在进一步加重心脑损伤。因此,探索心脑联合损伤具有明确的意义,心脏磁共振能够在早期无创评估心脏和血管的结构和功能,可进行早期干预,提高患者的预后。Hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease, hypertension will involve heart and brain and other organ damage, resulting in heart and brain dysfunction, the existence of the heart-brain axis further aggravates the heart and brain injury. Therefore, it is of clear significance to explore the combined heart-brain injury. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging can non-invasively evaluate the structure and function of heart and blood vessels in the early stage, and can carry out early intervention to improve the prognosis of patients.
