摘　　要：随着社会的发展以及生产形式的变革,肩痹已经成为现代生活中比较普遍的慢性疾病之一,其以肩部疼痛、痛处固定活动受限为主症,严重者甚至疼痛不能眠,严重影响日常生活。针灸治疗可以有效消除炎症缓解疼痛,松解肩部周围软组织粘连,被越来越多的患者所采用,而首尾穴同取,可最大程度地振奋和激发该条经脉经气,以推动气血运行,从而迅速达到通络止痛的效果。本文通过查阅相关文献,研究针刺首尾穴治疗肩痹的治疗方法,旨在为临床运用针灸治疗肩痹提供有效的治疗思路。With the development of society and the transformation of production forms, periarthritis has become one of the most common chronic diseases in modern life. The main manifestations of this disease are shoulder pain, fixed pain, and limited movement. In severe cases, even the pain can’t sleep, which seriously affects daily life. Acupuncture treatment can effectively eliminate inflammation and relieve pain, loosen the adhesion of soft tissue around the shoulder, and is used by more and more patients. Taking the head and tail acupoint together can boost and stimulate the meridian qi to the greatest extent, so as to promote the operation of qi and blood and quickly achieve the effect of relieving pain. This article studies the treatment method of periarthritis by consulting relevant literature, aiming to provide effective treatment ideas for the clinical use of acupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis.
