基于CiteSpace对乙型肝炎与妊娠期妇女研究的可视化分析

摘　　要：由乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染引起的乙型肝炎是全球范围内的公共健康问题,并在我国以母婴传播为主。使用CiteSpace软件对关于乙型肝炎与妊娠期妇女(孕妇)这一主题的北大核心文献进行可视化分析,目的是探寻此方面的研究进展、研究趋势、未来导向。得出的结果为:文章内容精准有效,多数文章以实验研究为主,并且随着时间发展在逐渐进步,比如实验方法在不断创新、研究思路的不断更新;学者间合作交流密切、合作范围广泛;关键热点契合时代背景,“乙型肝炎病毒”、“母婴传播”、“宫内感染”、“孕妇”等都是研究热点。Hepatitis B caused by hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a global public health problem, and it is mainly transmitted from mother to child in China. Visualizing and analyzing the core literature of Peking University on the topic of hepatitis B and pregnant women using CiteSpace 5.7. R5 to explore research progress, trends, and future directions in this area. The results obtained are: the quality of articles in this research field is excellent, with experimental research as the main focus;close cooperation and exchange among scholars, with a wide range of cooperation scope;key hotspots are in line with the background of the times. “Hepatitis B virus”, “mother to child transmission”, “intrauterine infection”, “pregnant women”, and other research hotspots have broad development prospects.
