改良负压封闭引流治疗胸腰椎术后感染的临床研究

摘　　要：胸腰椎内固定术后感染是脊柱外科手术较为常见且严重的并发症之一,给患者带来了巨大痛苦以及经济负担。传统的换药治疗或清创手术虽有一定疗效,但常延长住院时间。本文介绍了一种改良的负压封闭引流(VSD)治疗方法,并通过前瞻性随机对照研究的方法,将其与传统VSD治疗进行了疗效对比,为减轻患者负担和节约医疗资源提供了研究基础。通过在多中心收集的病例数据,并结合统计学分析,结果显示改良VSD方法在控制感染、缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用方面均优于传统方法。此外,这种改良的治疗方式显著提高了患者的愈合率和生活质量。研究同时探讨了不同感染类型和严重程度患者在应用改良VSD治疗后,其恢复情况的差异,并对该治疗技术的可操作性和安全性进行了详细评估。本研究的创新点包括改良VSD装置的设计优化、术后护理流程的改进以及患者随访管理的系统化。研究结果为未来临床实践中推广使用改良VSD治疗提供了有力支持,并具备较高的推广应用价值。Infection after thoracolumbar internal fixation is one of the most common and serious complications of spine surgery, which brings great pain and economic burden to patients. Traditional dressing change therapy or debridement surgery is effective, but often prolongs hospital stay. This article introduces a modified negative pressure closed drainage (VSD) treatment method, and compares its efficacy with traditional VSD treatment through a prospective randomized controlled study, which provides a research basis for reducing the burden on patients and saving medical resources. Based on case data collected in multiple centers and combined with statistical analysis, the modified VSD method was superior to the traditional method in terms of infection control, shortened hospital stay and reduced healthcare costs.
