摘　　要：急性鼻窦炎是鼻腔鼻窦黏膜细菌或病毒引起的急性化脓性炎症,炎症浸润可破坏鼻腔窦腔及机体免疫功能。以鼻塞、流脓涕、嗅觉减退、头痛或局部疼痛为特征,起病较急。该病为耳鼻喉科常见病、多发病,近年其发病率呈逐年增长趋势,以北方寒冷地区多高发。本文通过整理相关文献,对中医药治疗急性鼻窦炎内外疗法研究进展进行综述,为临床诊治急性鼻窦炎提供了理论依据。Acute sinusitis is an acute suppurative inflammation caused by bacteria or viruses in the mucosa of the nasal cavity and sinus cavity. The inflammatory infiltrate can destroy the sinus cavity of the nasal cavity and the immune function of the body. Characterized by nasal congestion, discharge, hypoia, headache, or local pain, the onset is more acute. The disease is a common and frequent disease in otolaryngology department. In recent years, its incidence is increasing year by year, especially in the cold areas in northern China. This paper summarizes the research progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatment for acute sinusitis by sorting out relevant literature. This research provides a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute sinusitis.
