摘　　要：动眼神经麻痹及外展神经麻痹皆是因各种原因使神经受到损伤进而导致该神经及其所支配的肌肉出现功能障碍的一类疾病,此病不仅影响外观,还影响日常生活,甚至会出现焦虑、抑郁情绪。针刺治疗此病有显著的独特优势,能够促进神经修复,改善甚至恢复眼球功能,提升生活质量。本文将介绍此病并附予单纯针刺治疗治愈动眼神经麻痹合并外展神经麻痹验案1则。Oculomotor nerve palsy and abducens nerve palsy represent a class of neurological disorders that arise from various causes of neural injury, leading to functional impairments in the affected nerves and their innervated muscles. These conditions not only impact patients’ appearance but also significantly disrupt their daily life activities, potentially eliciting symptoms of anxiety and depression. Acupuncture therapy exhibits notable and distinctive advantages in the treatment of these disorders, as it effectively promotes neural repair, ameliorates or restores ocular function, and enhances overall quality of life. This paper introduces these neurological conditions and presents a case study showcasing the successful treatment of concurrent oculomotor nerve palsy and abducens nerve palsy through pure acupuncture therapy.
