健脾益肾汤结合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床效果及肾功能指标影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析健脾益肾汤联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠在慢性肾小球肾炎治疗中的临床效果,并探讨其对肾功能指标的具体影响。方法:选取2022年5月~2023年5月本院的80例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,随机抽取40例患者,设为对照组;另40例患者,设为观察组。结果:通过对比分析发现,治疗后观察组患者的肾功能指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P Objective: This study aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and explore its effects on renal function indicators. Methods: A total of 80 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, treated at our hospital between May 2022 and May 2023, were enrolled in this study. Patients were randomly assigned to either the control group (n = 40) or the observation group (n = 40). Results: Post-treatment analysis indicated that the renal function indicators in the observation group were significantly improved compared to those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Jianpi Yishen Decoction and methylprednisolone sodium succinate offers substantial improvement in renal function indicators for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, highlighting its promising clinical efficacy.
