吡美莫司乳膏与火把花根片联合308准分子激光治疗白癜风临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析吡美莫司乳膏与火把花根片联合308准分子激光治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法:选择我院收治的白癜风患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用火把花根片联合308准分子激光治疗,观察组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上联合吡美莫司乳膏治疗。结果:观察组治疗总有效率90.00%,显著优于对照组72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05)。结论:吡美莫司乳膏与火把花根片联合308准分子激光治疗白癜风,疗效显著,不良反应少。 Objective: This study aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of 308 nm excimer laser combined with tacrolimus and colquhounia root tablet in the treatment of vitiligo. Method: 80 patients with vitiligo were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with colquhounia root tablet combined with 308 excimer laser, while the observation group was treated with Pimecrolimus cream in addition to the same treatment as the control group. Result: The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than the control group’s 72.50%, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of pimecrolimus cream and colquhounia root tablet with 308 excimer laser treatment for vitiligo improves efficacy and has fewer adverse reactions.
