摘　　要：女性生殖道感染是当今世界重大社会公共卫生问题,其中萎缩性阴道炎又称老年性阴道炎,是绝经期妇女常见的临床就诊的原因之一,在绝经期妇女中具有极高发性、难治愈性,易复发性等特点,萎缩性阴道炎的发生影响当代绝经妇女的身心健康及生存质量,同时也造成国内外巨大的经济损失,该文就近年来国内外萎缩性阴道炎的不同临床药物治疗进展作一综述,以期为萎缩性阴道炎患者提供最佳的治疗方案。Female reproductive tract infection is a major social and public health problem in the world today, of which atrophic vaginitis, also known as senile vaginitis, is one of the common clinical reasons for elderly women to seek medical attention. It has high incidence, recurrence, and difficulty in curing in postmenopausal women, which affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of contemporary postmenopausal women and causes huge economic losses at home and abroad. This paper reviews the recent clinical drug treatment progress of atrophic vaginitis at home and abroad, with the aim of providing the best treatment plan for patients with atrophic vaginitis.
