摘　　要：通过分析我院1例妊娠期肾病综合征合并心力衰竭患者临床特征及诊疗经过,并通过复习相关文献,对妊娠期肾病综合征、妊娠期心力衰竭的诊断及治疗进行分析,进一步提高临床医生对该病的认识。By analyzing the clinical characteristics and diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy complicated with heart failure in our hospital, and reviewing the relevant literature, the diagnosis and treatment of nephrotic syndrome of pregnancy and heart failure during pregnancy were analyzed, so as to further improve the understanding of clinicians about this disease.
