摘　　要：经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)自1976年首次完成以来,已经经历了显著的技术进步和临床应用扩展,逐渐取代开放性手术成为治疗尿路结石的主要手术方式。近年来,随着内镜技术和操作设备的更新,PCNL迅猛发展,本文对经皮肾镜取石术治疗尿路结石及围术期处理进行总结与评价,以期为临床决策提供建议。Since its first completion in 1976, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) has undergone significant technological advancements and expanded clinical applications, gradually replacing open surgery as the main surgical method for treating urinary tract stones. In recent years, with the update of endoscopic technology and operating equipment, PCNL has developed rapidly. This article summarizes and evaluates the treatment of urinary tract stones and perioperative management using percutaneous nephrolithotomy, in order to provide recommendations for clinical decision-making.
