摘　　要：目的:分析脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的病理机制,对针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线的有效性做出研究。方法:从2023年6月~2024年6月医院确诊为脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎病例中参考研究标准,随机统计出60例,获取病例进行二次均等分组,研究措施分为针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线治疗、常规治疗,按措施顺序将小组依次命名为研究组、对照组,评估可见生活质量、症状积分、胃黏膜血流量、治疗结果。结果:研究组经治疗后躯体、心理等方面的舒适性及各类生活功能的综合评分,均高于对照组,指标统计显示明显差异(P Objective: To analyze the pathological mechanism of chronic superficial gastritis with spleen and stomach qi deficiency, and to study the effectiveness of acupuncture combined with acupoint embedding. Methods: From June 2023 to June 2024, patients diagnosed with chronic superficial gastritis due to spleen and stomach qi deficiency at our hospital were selected based on research criteria. A total of 60 cases were randomly selected and equally divided into two groups. The research measures were divided into acupuncture at the Back-Shu points combined with acupoint embedding treatment (research group) and routine treatment (control group). The patients were assigned to the research or control group based on the treatment they received. The quality of life, symptom severity score, gastric mucosa blood flow, and treatment outcomes were evaluated. Results: The overall differences in comfort and indicators between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). After treatment, the differences in these indicators were more pronounced in the control group compared to the baseline, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Additionally, the total symptom score in the research group was lower than that in the control group, and the statistical analysis showed a significant difference (P < 0.05).
