摘　　要：目的:分析结构化护理模式在结直肠癌造口术后造口周围皮炎的应用研究。方法:选入2022年1月~2023年12月,行造口术治疗的结直肠癌患者40例,经抽签法分组模式将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以结构化护理,记录两组护理后自护能力、生活质量以及总并发症发生率。结果:研究组整体自护能力以及生活质量高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P Objective: To analyze the application of structured nursing mode in the management of peristomal dermatitis following colorectal cancer ostomy surgery. Methods: Forty patients with colorectal cancer who underwent ostomy surgery between January 2022 and December 2023 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group using a random draw method, with 20 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received structured nursing care. The self-care ability, quality of life, and overall complication rate were recorded for both groups after nursing. Results: The study group had higher overall self-care ability and quality of life compared to the control group, and the complication rate was lower in the study group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The structured nursing mode is effective in the management of peristomal dermatitis following colorectal cancer ostomy surgery. It improves the self-care status and significantly enhances the quality of life of patients.
