摘　　要：类风湿关节炎是临床常见病和多发病,骨质疏松症是类风湿关节炎最常见的并发症之一,失治误治严重影响患者生活质量。中医学对本病有着悠久的认识和丰富的治疗经验,本文通过对类风湿关节炎继发骨质疏松症的中医药治疗方法及研究现状进行总结归纳,以期为临床提供新的路径和选择。Rheumatoid arthritis is a common and frequent clinical disease, and osteoporosis is one of the most common complications of rheumatoid arthritis. Mismanagement and mismanagement seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of understanding and rich treatment experience for this disease. This article summarizes and generalizes the traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods and research status of osteoporosis secondary to rheumatoid arthritis, in order to provide new paths and choices for clinical practice.
