摘　　要：心脏磁共振内源性对比纵向弛豫时间成像(T1ρ mapping)技术主要用于检测和量化心肌损伤,该技术对心肌纤维化的评估具有不需要造影剂的优势,但该技术的研究仍处于初级阶段。本文对其成像原理及发展、在检测和量化心肌损伤的临床应用及未来展望进行综述。Cardiac magnetic resonance endogenous contrast longitudinal relaxation time imaging (T1ρ mapping) is mainly used for the detection and quantification of myocardial injury, and the technique has the advantage of not requiring a contrast agent for the assessment of myocardial fibrosis;however, the study of this technique is still in its infancy. This article provides an overview of its imaging principles and development, clinical applications in detecting and quantifying myocardial injury, and future perspectives.
