摘　　要：随着老年人口比重增加,良性前列腺增生手术更加受到关注;加速康复外科(ERAS)理念在指导临床护理等方面逐渐完善,可以有效减少患者应激和术后并发症,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。本文从围术期麻醉管理的角度重点综述国内外目前ERAS理念在良性前列腺增生手术管理中的临床应用进展,通过总结与麻醉相关的循证医学证据,以期帮助改善临床实践。With the increase in the elderly population, the operation of benign prostatic hyperplasia has been paid more attention. The concept of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) has been gradually improved in guiding clinical care and other aspects, which can effectively reduce patient stress and postoperative complications, shorten hospital stays, and improve patient satisfaction. From the perspective of perioperative anesthesia management, this paper focuses on the clinical application progress of the ERAS concept in the surgical management of benign prostatic hyperplasia at home and abroad. It aims to improve clinical practice by summarizing evidence-based medical evidence related to anesthesia.
