综合护理模式联合健康教育对妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血应用综合护理模式联合健康教育干预的效果。方法:入选对象均为2023年01月至2024年06月在新疆乌鲁木齐友爱医院产科收治的186例妊娠高血压综合征患者,随机化分为常规组(n = 93)与联合组(综合护理联合健康教育,n = 93)。常规组应用常规护理方式对患者施以干预,联合组应用综合护理模式联合健康教育方式对患者施以干预,对比两组患者护理满意度、血压水平、产后出血量、平均产程时间以及心理状态。结果:联合组患者护理满意度为88.17%、产后2 h出血量(184.76 ± 7.84) mL、产后24 h出血量(225.63 ± 9.32) mL、联合护理后收缩压(135.86 ± 8.19) mmHg、舒张压(94.31 ± 4.99) mmHg、SAS 评分(35.79 ± 3.21)分、SDS评分(34.75 ± 3.67)分、产程时间(11.41 ± 2.32) h,其各项数据与常规组对比,差异有统计学意义,P Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing model combined with health education intervention in postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women with gestational hypertension syndrome. Methods: A total of 186 patients with gestational hypertension who were admitted to the obstetrics department of Youai Hospital, Urumqi, Xinjiang from January 2023 to June 2024 were randomly divided into conventional group (n = 93) and combined group (comprehensive nursing and health education, n = 93). The conventional group used conventional nursing to intervene the patients, and the combined group applied the comprehensive nursing model combined with health education to intervene the patients, and the nursing satisfaction, blood pressure level, postpartum hemorrhage, average labor time and psychological state of the two groups were compared.
