摘　　要：本文阐述了痹证病因病机。通过乌头汤主治古代记载、现代疗效观察和药理研究进展,肯定乌头汤治疗痹证风寒湿痹的作用和优势。由于西药治疗痹证的效果不如人意,且药物副作用明显,此文总结乌头汤加减治疗风寒湿痹研究进展,从而为乌头汤的现代应用提供了用药参考。This article expounds on the pathogenesis of bi syndrome. By reviewing the ancient records of the main treatment of wutou decoction, modern clinical observation and the progress of pharmacological research, it affirms the role and advantage of wutou decoction in treating bi syndrome caused by wind, cold and dampness. Since the effect of Western medicine in treating bi syndrome is not satisfactory, and the side effects of the drugs are obvious, this article summarizes the progress of wutou decoction modification in treating bi syndrome caused by wind, cold and dampness, thus providing modern drug reference for the application of wutou decoction.
