摘  要:脊髓损伤(SCI)是一种严重的神经系统疾病,通常会导致长期的功能丧失和生活质量的下降。尽管现代医学在治疗该病方面已取得一定进展,但临床效果仍然有限。近年来,人们对脊髓损伤后免疫系统的反应越来越关注,特别是巨噬细胞在修复过程中的作用。巨噬细胞能够表现出不同的极化状态,其中M2型巨噬细胞在抗炎、促进修复和组织再生方面发挥着重要作用。本文回顾了M2型巨噬细胞在脊髓损伤中的作用机制及相关研究,探讨了其在改善炎症反应、促进神经保护与修复中新型技术应用的潜力,并评估了其作为临床治疗策略的前景。Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a severe neurological condition that often results in long-term functional loss and a decline in quality of life. Although significant progress has been made in the treatment of SCI through modern medicine, clinical outcomes remain limited. In recent years, there has been increasing attention on the immune system’s response following spinal cord injury, particularly the role of macrophages in the repair process. Macrophages can exhibit different polarization states, with M2 macrophages playing a key role in anti-inflammatory responses, promoting repair, and facilitating tissue regeneration. This review explores the mechanisms underlying the role of M2 macrophages in spinal cord injury, discusses the potential of novel technologies in improving inflammation, neuroprotection, and repair, and evaluates their prospects as a clinical therapeutic strategy.
