摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在总结近3年来针刺治疗耳鸣的临床研究成果,为针刺治疗耳鸣的临床应用和进一步研究提供参考和思路。方法:通过查阅针刺治疗耳鸣相关的文献资料,本研究对针刺治疗耳鸣的方法及其疗效进行了系统的归纳和分析。结果:本研究汇总了针刺治疗耳鸣的最新研究进展。结论:各种针刺方法在治疗耳鸣方面显示出确切的疗效和独特的优势。然而,目前尚缺乏统一的治疗规范和评价标准,未来需要开展更为严谨的临床试验,以确立更有效的治疗流程。Objective: This study aims to summarize the clinical research results of acupuncture for treating tinnitus in the past 3 years, and to provide reference and ideas for the clinical application and further research of acupuncture for treating tinnitus. Methods: By reviewing the literature of tinnitus, this study systematically summarized and analyzed the method of acupuncture for tinnitus. Results: This study summarizes the latest progress of acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus. Conclusion: Various kinds of acupuncture methods show definite efficacy and unique advantages in the treatment of tinnitus. However, there is still a lack of unified treatment norms and evaluation criteria, and more rigorous clinical trials are needed in the future to establish a more effective treatment process.
